Our stock is sourced from major brands & corporations - after collecting the goods with care, we carry out a military grade storage wipe then stress test the device to make sure that all hardware components are working as they should. After this process, we install the relevant operating systems and softwares. The device is then cleaned meticulously so that it can be presented to you the BornGood way.
How do I return a product?
We offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy - if you are not completely satisfied with your product simply get in touch and we will arrange swift pick up of your item & issue a full refund once the product is back with us.
How does the Borngood 12 month guarantee work
Shop with confidence knowing you are covered by the Born Good 12 Month Guarantee. This covers you for repair or replacement should you have any problems with your item within the first year of ownership. This basically means we will solve for any software or hardware malfunctions beyond your control.
Please note however that faults caused by accidental damage such as drops or spillages are not covered, additionally we do not offer any guarantee on the batteries used in our products
